Deleting your account and data

You can delete your Moabomb account right in the app. If you can't use the app, you can request deletion by email.

Delete in the app

1. Open Moabomb and go to Me in the bottom tabs.
2. Tap Delete account at the very bottom.
3. Review what will be deleted and what will remain, check the confirmation box, then tap Delete my account.

If you can't use the app

Send "Account deletion request", the sign-in method you linked (Apple, Google or Kakao) and the email address of that account to cs@stationon.com. After verifying your identity, we schedule the deletion within 7 days.

Data that is deleted — 30 days after your request

• Diary entries, attached photos and characters
• AI pictures, moving pictures, polished text and analysis results
• Your avatar and character images (the original selfie was already deleted when they were made)
• Sign-in information linked to the account

Diary entries and pictures stored on this device are deleted as soon as you delete your account. For 30 days you cannot sign in, and if you change your mind, you can let us know by email and we will restore your account. Copies remaining in server backups disappear within 30 days after that.

Data that remains

• Payment and paint usage records — kept for 5 years under the Electronic Commerce Act (「전자상거래법」). They contain no diary content.
• Records of operator access and actions — kept for at least 1 year as required by law.

If you have a subscription

Deleting your account does not cancel your store subscription. Please cancel it first in iPhone Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions, or in Google Play → Payments & subscriptions.
